Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction This policy sets forth the terms and conditions governing the career coaching services provided. By engaging with our services, clients agree to these terms. 2. Services Offered We provide a range of career coaching services, including but not limited to: Career assessment and goal setting Resume and cover letter review and writing Interview preparation and mock interviews Job search strategies and networking tips Personal branding (LinkedIn profile optimization, etc.) Career transition and advancement guidance 3. Session Structure and Fees Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full before the session. 4. Scheduling and Cancellations Booking: Sessions are to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee of 50.00. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of the scheduled session 5. Client Responsibilities Active Participation: Clients are expected to be actively engaged in the coaching process, complete any assignments or exercises as agreed upon, and be open to feedback. Communication: Clients should communicate any specific goals, challenges, or preferences they have for the coaching process ahead of time to ensure effective coaching. 6. Outcomes and Disclaimer Career coaching provides guidance and strategies; however, results are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for the decisions and actions they take based on the coaching received. 7. Refunds Refunds are available under the following circumstance: If a session is canceled by the coach with no rescheduled alternative.
