With degrees in Social Work and Counselor Education, I bring a unique, people-first approach to coaching—combining practical strategy with emotional intelligence, empathy, and deep insight into human behavior and motivation.

As a Career and Self-Development Coach, I specialize in job search strategies, professional branding, resume writing, and interview prep—but more than that, I help individuals own their value, overcome fear, and confidently step into their purpose.

I’ve mentored and supported thousands of professionals and students across the country—through one-on-one coaching, career program development, and leadership in higher education. I’ve also led dynamic workshops and speaking engagements nationwide on career development, empowerment, and student success.

Prior to founding Pathway, I served as a Dean of Students, and where I gained powerful experience in leadership, crisis response, and student-centered programming. That foundation continues to fuel my compassionate, results-driven coaching style today.
